1. What TreeCareBoise is

TreeCareBoise is a free referral service. We connect you with independent, locally operated tree service companies. We do not perform tree work and do not employ the companies we refer.

2. Your agreement is with the contractor

Any quote, price, schedule, work, warranty, insurance claim or payment is between you and the company you choose to hire. You're never obligated to hire anyone we refer.

3. No guarantee

We don't guarantee any company's availability, response time, price, licensing, insurance or the quality of its work. Before you hire, check the company's insurance, registration and any certification it claims.

4. Emergencies

If there's immediate danger, call 911. For downed or damaged power lines, call Idaho Power at 208-388-2323 or 1-800-488-6151. Never approach a tree that is touching a power line.

5. Information on this site

Guides, cost ranges and rule summaries are general information, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Cost ranges come from third-party sources, which are cited, and may not match your quote. Local rules can change, so confirm with the relevant city before starting work.

6. Referral fees

TreeCareBoise may receive compensation from the companies we refer. This does not change your rights under these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TreeCareBoise is not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed by any contractor, or from your use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
