Who we are
TreeCareBoise is a free referral service. We are not a tree service company. We connect people who need tree work with independent local tree companies.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the service you need, how soon you need it, a description of the job, and any photos you upload.
- Call information: if you call us, the phone number you call from, the date and length of the call.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location (city level), collected through cookies or similar technology if analytics is enabled.
How we use and share it
- To handle your request. We share your request with one independent local tree company that serves your area, so they can contact you and give you a quote. That company's handling of your information is governed by its own practices.
- To run the service: for example, our website host, form-delivery, email, phone and analytics providers process information on our behalf.
- To improve our referrals: for example, asking how your experience went.
- Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Calls and texts
By submitting a request, you agree that TreeCareBoise and the company we refer you to may call or text you about that request at the number you provided. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How long we keep information
We keep request records for as long as needed to manage referrals, resolve issues and meet legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing REPLACE_ME. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
